Processing times are estimated and may vary depending on immigration authority workload. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

3. Fees & Payment

All fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted. The service fee does not include the stamping fee which must be paid directly at the port of entry.

4. Accuracy of Information

Applicants are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information. Any false information may result in visa denial without refund.

5. Privacy Policy

All personal information collected is used solely for visa processing purposes and is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available if the application has not yet been submitted to immigration authorities. A processing fee may be deducted from refunds.
